Kimberly Good joined the Whiteside County Health Department in April of 2000.  She currently serves as the organization's Chief Operations Officer, providing operational oversight of a Federally Qualified Health Center.  Her professional experience has centered on healthcare administration and quality assurance.  Kimberly believes health care is a human right and strives to uphold that philosophy.  She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
